Is there free shipping?
Unforunately not. Eri will lose a huge sum of money if she does this. Furthermore, depending on where you live, the shipping fee may be more expensive. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
Eri will personally pack and ship all orders from the US. We do ship to 180 countries and those countries can be found here.
Is there cash on delivery?
We know this is popular in the Philippines and other countries, however, we only accept payments through Paypal or Stripe.
Is this a pre-order? What does that mean exactly? How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Yes, this is a pre-order. All products will be ordered from the supplier on the cut-off date. It will then take a month before Eri receives it. As soon as she does, she will pack and ship the items to you, this can take 1-4 weeks depending on where you live. So expect to receive your order by the end of March. A tracking number will also be provided once your order is shipped.
Why is it a pre-order when it takes so long to arrive?
Eri did not want to get a bulk order of merch as she did not know exactly how many will buy her merch. Having less or more products left than expected can lead to several problems. So she decided to go with a pre-order to be able to order the exact amount of products that she needs.
What happens if I don't receive my order or if I receive a faulty product?
After your order is shipped, Eri will not be responsible for any courier problems such as customs and damages. A tracking number will be provided but that's it.

I also tried my best to find the cheapest courier and shipping fees but it is out of my control if the shipping fee is too expensive for your country.
